The Queensland Fire & Biodiversity Consortium operates through a member Advisory Committee supported by a State Committee.

These committees provide direction and expertise to ensure the initiative is fit for purpose and achieves its mission of enabling the delivery of best practice in fire preparedness and management.

The Advisory Group supports the statewide rollout of SEQ best practice fire and biodiversity models through grants and fee-for-service funding.
