Talented Emma Gibbson from the Sunshine Coast has been awarded the 2023 AgriFuture Rural Women’s Award for QLD.

The award that celebrates and empowers rural women, was introduced 21 years ago and is now considered a program of great influence.

Emma was awarded a Westpac grant of $15,000 for her sustainable business in addition to access to professional development opportunities, and alumni networks. She will be part of the national final in September, where she has the chance to be awarded an additional $20,000 Westpac grant.
