Rhett Duncan - Board of Directors

Rhett has more than 15 years of leadership experience at Board, executive and general management levels. In his role as Executive Manager of Customer Delivery at Unitywater, he is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the water networks, recycled water networks including the Wamuran Irrigation Scheme, wastewater collection networks and wastewater treatment as well as fleet, stores and facilities management.

Rhett brings a breadth of operational and customer experience having previously lead businesses in Construction Materials, Waste Management and Engineering Consulting. He is experienced in working across all levels from the Board to the front line with a demonstrated track record for engaging, building, and leading teams that deliver results in challenging and changing business environments.
