Rhett Duncan - Board of DirectorsRhett Duncan has more than 15 years of leadership experience at the executive and general management levels. In his role as Executive Manager of Customer Delivery at Unitywater, he is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the water supply and sewerage systems to provide reliable services to customers.

Rhett has previously worked in Waste Management, Transport Infrastructure, and Construction Materials and led teams in challenging and changing business environments.

He is experienced in working across all levels from the Board to the front line with a demonstrated track record for engaging, building, and leading teams that deliver results in challenging and changing business environments.
