Melissa Impiazzi - Board of DirectorsMelissa Impiazzi is a senior executive and non-executive director with over 25 years’ experience gained predominately in financial services and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her career to date has focused on business transformation, M&A, growth and the strategic management of key stakeholder relationships.

Melissa is the Director of State Clients at QIC and is responsible for the leadership of a portfolio of Queensland Government clients. Her non-executive director experience has been gained in the philanthropic, social venture, and not-for-profit sectors.

She is a past Director of Australian Medical Association Queensland, Queensland Gives, (Queensland Community Foundation) and has served on the Queensland Advisory Committee at Social Ventures Australia (SVA).

Melissa holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
