Ali works with the CEO and Board to ensure that the business continues to improve through its people, culture, communications, and brand.

She has a broad range of practice, delivering strategically aligned people initiatives and programs, organisational change, global internal communications, engagement, learning & development, talent acquisition, and employment relations for complex global organisations.

Ali holds a Master of Business in Human Resource Management as well as a Bachelor of Mass Communication, majoring in Public Relations and Media. She is a key driver for change and is both adaptable and collaborative in her approach. Her passion for the values and culture at Healthy Land & Water helps to create a clear vision for the organisation.
