Sam Mason bring cross industry and cross specialty knowledge to our Water By Design program.

Sam Mason, Environmental ScientistSam has a background in environmental science and communications, with experience in erosion and sediment control (ESC) compliance, gained through his work with Brisbane City Council. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science and a Graduate Diploma in Education, equipping him with both technical proficiency and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

As part of the Water by Design team, Sam collaborates with government agencies, industry professionals, and community groups across Queensland to enhance best practices in ESC and water sensitive urban design (WSUD). He is dedicated to improving environmental outcomes by developing educational materials, providing training and resources, and promoting sustainable management practices.
