Regional NRM workshops across South East Queensland

PLEASE NOTE

You are invited to register to attend a workshop in your region, aimed at identifying the top priorities that will guide natural resource management investment in your area for the next five years. These workshops are a key part of the major five-yearly review of the South East Queensland Natural Resource Management Plan. This is your chance to give input which will help drive planning for a healthy environment and long term liveability for South East Queensland.

Six regional workshops are being held across South East Queensland, to focus on the issues of importance, the challenges and opportunities, and to prioritise actions to protect and restore the region’s natural assets. If you can’t make it to your local workshop, but would like to be involved, you can register to attend our online workshop.

Insights from these workshops will build on available knowledge of the status of our assets, as well as the comprehensive online survey which is happening concurrently as part of the review.

Collectively, these actions will shape the revised SEQ NRM Plan. This is your chance to help inform challenges and priority actions to protect and restore the region’s natural assets (e.g. air, water, soil, and native vegetation) for the benefit of the community and vital in building the resilience of our future region.
