Eric Nguyen is Workplace Health & Safety Lead at Healthy Land & Water. Eric has over five years’ experience working in commercial construction in both Project Safety Advisor and WHS&E Manager capacities.

Eric’s primary responsibility is to develop, implement and maintain the WHS management system ensuring it is functioning as intended to internal and external stakeholders. He provides additional oversight and advice for complex situations.

Eric has expertise in WHS legislation and WHS system development and is passionate about proving that excellent safety can significantly excel productivity in a business.
