Noeme Evans coordinates and advises Healthy Land and Water’s Board on corporate governance administrative and regulatory requirements. Complimentary to her role, she also manages compliance and quality management.
Noeme’s admissions to the legal professions include Australia and New Zealand, having practiced for 12 years as a lawyer, together with certification level of a Chartered Company Secretary.
She delivers a skill set borne from a worldly background of experience, having engaged in a wide variety of professional development. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society and associate member of the New Zealand Governance Institute.
While very process driven, she engages in a deeper understanding about the theory behind the “check box” in execution of risk monitoring within the organisation. Noeme is well-travelled in Asia having hiked several mountains and has an adoration of bird life and the preservation of our native species.
