Melissa is a senior executive and consultant with over 20 years’ experience gained in Australia and the United Kingdom in financial services, asset management, recruitment and change management. Her career to date has focused on business development and the strategic management of key client and stakeholder relationships.
During her eight years at QIC, Melissa predominantly focused on the strategic management of their foundation clients including many key Queensland state bodies and associated organisations. Her non-executive director experience has been gained in the philanthropic, social venture and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Director of the Board of Governors for the Queensland Community Foundation (QCF) and has served on the Queensland Advisory Committee at Social Ventures Australia (SVA).
Melissa holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
