What’s it all about?
Learn more about the importance of conserving and utilising water and the riparian areas on your property. At this workshop we will focus on; drought impact mitigation, off stream water management, soil conservation and pasture management. These are all essential areas to consider in the management of your property and water.
Topics will include:
- Land capability, land condition and stocking rates
- Soil conservation - saving your most valuable asset
- Riparian exclusion fencing - benefits to production from clean water provision
- Practical management options for utilising riparian exclusion areas during drought.
Who should attend?
Landholders, particularly graziers who have an interest in improving production and the overall management of their assets.
